*Kindly contact us via email prior to shipping any returns. We will provide you with the appropriate return address. We are not responsible for returns being shipped to the wrong address*

• Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items.
  
  
• Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. If items are returned in poor condition or show signs of wear and tear, a refund or exchange may be denied. Items that didn’t follow the wash instructions are ineligible for returns.
  
  
• Store Credit: In certain scenarios, we may opt to provide store credit for returned items instead of a refund or exchange.
  
  
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items to Rouqe Golf. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rouqe Golf is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
  
  
• Exclusions: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any reason. All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Rouqe Golf.
