Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items.

Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. If items are returned in poor condition or show signs of wear and tear, a refund or exchange may be denied. Items that didn’t follow the wash instructions are ineligible for returns.

Store Credit: In certain scenarios, we may opt to provide store credit for returned items instead of a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items to Rouqe Golf. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rouqe Golf is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
