Please allow 48 hours for processing in-stock orders and to receive confirmation of order shipment. If you order something on pre order we will email you as soon as we have an exact date for shipment as well as when your packages is processed. 

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs we are not liable for the fees.
